Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Creating Calm Classrooms™ website located at www.creatingcalmclassrooms.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any products or services offered through the Site. By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. About Us
Creating Calm Classrooms™ is an educational company offering professional training, educational consulting, in-class workshop programs (including Mud Makers), digital resources, and physical products to support nervous system literacy for educators and students. 2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, making a purchase, or signing up for any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a school, organisation, or institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Products and Services
We offer the following through our Site:
• Digital Downloads: Downloadable resources, guides, and tools (e.g., the 5 Micro-Resets Guide, masterclass content) available for purchase or free download through our Shop.
• Physical Products: Tangible goods available through our Shop and shipped to your address.
• Professional Training: Workshops and learning programs for educators and school staff.
• Educational Consulting: Consulting services tailored to school and classroom needs.
• In-Class Programs: Programs such as Mud Makers, delivered directly in school classrooms.
• Newsletter Subscription: A free weekly email containing classroom resources and updates.
4. Refund and Return Policy
4.1 Digital Downloads — No Refunds
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a digital product has been purchased and/or accessed. This includes, but is not limited to, downloadable guides, worksheets, masterclass content, and any other digital resources available through our Shop. By completing your purchase of a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.

4.2 Services (Training, Consulting, and In-Class Programs)
Cancellation and refund terms for professional training, consulting, and in-class programs (such as Mud Makers) will be outlined in a separate service agreement or booking confirmation provided at the time of purchase. If no separate agreement is provided, the following applies: cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service may receive a full refund; cancellations within 7 days of the service date are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances and will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, any price change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, blog posts, course materials, digital downloads, program names (including Creating Calm Classrooms™ and Mud Makers), and the overall look and feel of the Site, is the intellectual property of Creating Calm Classrooms™ and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of Site content for educational reference purposes is permitted, provided all copyright and trademark notices are maintained.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
